Terms of Condition for Use of Templates without Link and Data Protection Information

General Terms and Conditions for Commercial and Link Free Use

§1 Effectiveness

Delivery is solely effected according to these terms and conditions. If you buy a website template you agree to these conditions.

§2 Conclusion of this Agreement

The offers are without obligations. A contract is effected as soon as the contact form has been filled and sent. The price mentioned at the moment of the order sent is valid and accepted by the buyer. A separate order confirmation is sent by E-Mail to the address mentioned in the form.

§3 Terms of Use

A template may only be used for one internet address, which has to be mentioned in the order. If you wish to use the template for further domains you have to buy the template again.
Should you use more than one domain address leading the the same contents you do not have to buy the template again.
No part of the template may be used for other web sites. Changes can be made to the template.
With the purchase of the template you do not get the exclusive right to use it.

§4 Distribution

The bought template may not be redistributed. Neither free of charge nor paid. Only exclusion: if the template is used as a basis for website for a customer. However, please see §3 for details.

§5 Prices

The prices mentioned are final, no additional VAT is charged.

§6 Payment

Payment has to be effected immediately after receipt of the order confirmation.
Payment can either be effected by PayPal or by transfer. The necessary payment information is sent in the order confirmation.
The ordered template will be sent by E-Mail immediately after receipt of advance payment. Further the invoice in PDF-format will be included.

§7 Customer Data

The customer is obliged to give correct information about name and address. Changes have to be communicated immediately. The data received will only be used to execute the order.

§8 Cancellation

The cancellataion of the order can be effected as long as the payment has not yet been received.

§9 Invoice

The invoice will be sent together with the template after payment has been received. The format will be PDF. In case you also need an invoice by mail we have to charge 17,00 Euro.

§10 Delivery

Delivery of the ordered and paid template is solely effected to the E-Mail address mentioned. The format is zip. Therefore you need a zip-programme to unzip the file. Before sending the file we do our utmost to keep the data virus free but have no influence in case during the transmission any virus gets access to the data. I do not take any obligation to any damage effected on your computer.

§11 Exchange

Digital goods like the templates offered are generally excluded from any kind of exchange. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

§12 Salvatory Clause

Court of Jurisdiction is Solingen, Germany, unless agreed otherwise.
In case one of the above mentioned regulatations are not valid the other regulations are not touched. In case of an unvalid regulation the appropriate regulation of the law to be applied is valid.

Data Protection Information

While you surf on my website data of your computer are stored. Also in case of placing an order personal data are stored. I herewith confirm that these data are only used for execution of the order and data of the computer are only stored for statistical reasons. No third party will be informed about anything unless it helps to prevent any illegal action.
